Features and Benefits

As the demand for smaller components rises, engineers are challenged to meet the requirements for high performance in compact designs. Quad-Row Connectors deliver up to 3.0A in a fine pitch, low-profile design. These connectors meet today’s miniaturization demands without sacrificing performance.

Quad-Row Connectors also support standard SMT processes and feature an armored and overmolded nail with interior cover, providing a robust package and preventing damage to the connectors. This allows for easy operability, avoiding the risk of connector damage during the mating process.

For efficient processing, device manufacturers seek high-volume production capabilities. Quad-Row Connectors are packaged in large reel size, facilitating increased manufacturing efficiency and boosting productivity.

Space-Saving Staggered-Circuit Layout

Molex has set a new standard in space-saving connections with Quad-Row board-to-board connectors. As the first-ever staggered circuit layout connector, this groundbreaking product positions pins across four rows at a signal contact pitch of 0.175mm. The result offers 30% space savings over conventional connector designs, while enabling high-density circuit connectivity.
